For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of working closely with Alistair. His dedication to Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Social Value initiatives has been truly inspiring. Together, we've teamed up to establish a Brickwork Training Academy, aiming to help ex-offenders reintegrate into society by providing vocational training opportunities. Learning from Alistair's expertise has been a privilege. He consistently promotes teamwork and leads with empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in our community. Working alongside someone of Alistair's calibre has been an honour, and I'm grateful for the valuable lessons and experiences gained.

Alistair has been a great supporter to us over the past couple of years as we’ve introduced our product (Powertrack) to the construction industry. His help and support has demonstrated to us time and time again that he’s a true innovator of safety and sustainability. Alistair has the ability to look at risks and everyday problems within construction and find the right solution and support for his sites and project teams. He has given tirelessly to social well being, spearheading the Willmott Dixion HMP training schools and the Willmott Dixion cable free initiative. It has been a pleasure to work with Alistair over the past couple of years and we look forward to continuing working with him in the future.

Ali is a highly experienced health and safety professional who leads with passion and energy. Ali's thirst for innovation sees him push the boundaries with new technology to ensure that health and safety remain at the forefront of the business. Ali uses his network to give back, leading numerous social value programmes. Ali's work with prisons gives hard-to-reach individuals a chance to learn new skills, gain work experience and build a network in the industry.

Ali is a positive, innovator for the Health & Safety industry. He has the ability to consider and ask what others need and makes suggestions in a supportive manner. Ali introduced me to the benefits of being a coach, guide and mentor, asking individuals how we can support rather than dictating, and has supported me in this ever since. Ali doesn't work off of personal preferences and opinions, he researches and reviews data before proceeding, as the data doesn't lie but he is aware that it does need to be interpreted correctly. Ali looks forward and imagines a world where barriers are removed, calling to action individuals who will bring enthusiasm, experience and knowledge, to enable innovations to drive forward, to achieve the desired end result.
